Easy Estate Clearance Terms And Conditions
It is understood by the party agreeing for the clearance that they are taking responsibility for terms and conditions are to be met and will be treated as the client. Any delays in payment for any reason are the responsibly of the client.
It is understood by the client that the terms and conditions have been agreed to by acceptance of the quote
1 -Clearance Of Items
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all items to be taken have been agreed upon with any interested third parties and there will be no liability on Easy Estate Clearance for any disputes of ownership
Easy Estate Clearance provides quotes based on the information provided
1.1 ) All items let on the property are assumed to be taken away by Easy Estate Clearance unless otherwise notified in writing
1.2) Any items on the premises at the time of the quote are assumed to be the property of Easy Estate Clearance and are included as part of the payment for works unless otherwise notified in writing prior to quoting.
1.3) Easy Estate Clearance is not obligated to remove any illegal or dangerous items, this includes human or animal waste.
1.4) Any quote provided is based on the visible items and may be subject to change, if anything arises that was not clear on initial inspection the owner will be notified and agreed plan to move forward.
1.5) Any items fixed to the structure in any way are assumed to be part of the home and not items to remove unless otherwise specified
1.6) Free access will be given to Easy Estate Clearance and the authority to bring third parties on site at any time during the time of the clearance
1.7) Property maintenance, cleaning services, additional dumping or bins arranged by Easy Estate Clearance will have a 15% fee on all costs if they are not included in the initial quote
2 -Payment
2.1) Payment is to be made within 7 Days of notice of completion of the clearance or delivery of invoice
2.2) $30 admin fee applied on late payment, an additional $30 will be billed every 7 days until payment is made in full.
2.3) Late Payments will incur interest at 22pa percent interest compounding monthly (including any associated fees)
2. 4) Any dispute on the amount invoiced or the completed works must be raised prior to the due date of the invoice, Easy Estate Clearance will have the opportunity to rectify any outstanding works at that point payment must be made within 24 hrs of completion. If the dispute is raised after the invoice has become late it is to be paid in full and any discrepancy will be balanced by Easy Estate Clearance or efforts complete the work will happen within 7 days of receiving the funds. Late fees and interest will still apply and to late payments if the dispute is not received in writing within the 7 days.
2.5) If an hourly rate payment has been agreed are to be paid every 7 Days or will be treated a late payment
2.6) If payment is not made an equivalent amount of waste items removed may be returned to the client, payment of the full invoice will still be required by the client and they will need to remove the

3 Payment On Settlement Or Resolution Of Estate Matters
Listed as ‘settlement payments’ in terms and conditions
3.1)If the client intends on making settlement payments for part or all of the service this must be expressly agreed in writing prior to commencement of any work. (NOTE: THIS MUST BE IN THE FORM OF A FORMAL OFFER (FROM EASY ESTATE CLEARANCE) AND ACCEPTANCE (THE CLIENT) DISSCUSTION OF PAYMENT OF THIS TYPE WILL NOT BE CONSIDEDED AGREEMENT)
3.2) There will be an additional fee applied to any settlement payments that can also be paid at settlement, this will be agreed in advance and will be subject to inclusions and length of settlement
3.3) Settlement payments have interest applied at 10%pa from completion of work compounding monthly
3.4) Settlement payments may not cover all aspects of our service and it may be required for partial payment to be made. If it is agreed that partial payment is to be made if it is made late it will be subject to the fees outlined in Item 2 Payments
3.5) If the settlement goes beyond the agreed time frame the outstanding invoice will be subject to late fees and interest outlined under item 2 ‘Payments’. This is assumed to be 26 weeks unless otherwise stated
3.7) If the house is taken off the market for any reason payment is to be made within 7 days or the outstanding invoice will be subject to late fees and interest outlined under item 2 ‘Payments’.
